Dua Lipa ka bërë krenarë gjithë shqiptarët, duke fituar dy çmime në eventin më të madh muzikor Grammy Awards.

Ylli i popit rrëmbeu çmimin ‘Best New Artist’ në 61 vjetorin e Grammy dhe çmimin Best Dance Recording për këngën e saj "Electricity" në bashkëpunim me Silk City dhe Diplo e Mark Ronson.

Ndërsa u ngjit në skenën gjigande mbrëmjen e së dielës (10 shkurt) për të pranuar çmimet Dua tha: “Falenderoj fansat e mi që më lejuan të isha versoni më i mirë i vetes sime.”

Dua ishte nominuar në dy kategoritë dhe tek të dyja arriti të rrëmbente çmimet.

Në kategorinë Best New Artist, Dua u përball me shumë këngëtare përfshirë bashkëatdhetaren e saj Bebe Rexha, e cila nuk arriti të fitonte edhe pse u nominua në dy kategori.

Por 23-vjeçarja arriti që ti mundë dhe la pas Chloe dhe Halle, Luke Combs, Greta Van Fleet, H.E.R., Margo Price, Bebe Rexhën dhe Jorja Smith.
